This is a really nice service to have. I've used it. I found the employees of the store to be nice and helpful. Not to mention, it's not only in Greene, which is great, but at several other stores in many areas. Ask for a receipt. If it's a little bit of a slow process be patient. This is something new for alot of people and they're not used to the process.
When I drove up I literally caught them taking an alternator out of a new vehicle and the man was stationed overseas and placing it in mine.
