Long waiting time on the phone resulted in no services provided. Not the most proficient customer support and service lately. FedEx location at Office Depot in Roger's is advertised as pack and ship didn't have any packing materials to pack my painting?! And they located inside of Office Depot with all necessary supplies! Resulted in no service provided.
