Great customer service
Pay attention to the pick-up hours on FedEx website. I dropped off a package at 4:15 on Friday. Mind you, I had to wait at least 5 minutes prior to that for someone to come to the counter. On the website, it says last pickup is 4:15. However, the driver must have wanted to get an early start to the weekend. My package sat there until 5:15pm on Monday.
