Was easy to bring in my pre-labeled FedEx package and drop it off.
Fedex is the worst lying horrible customer service I've ever dealt with!!! Said they could not deliver my package because they could not locate my address, absolutely a lie!! I've had packages delivered from FedEx before!! I literally live behind Casey's so it's not hard to find!!! I belive the driver just didn't want to deliver any more packages and made a damn excuse!! What can we do though?? Nothing!!! We are hostages to whenever they feel like delivering and we have no control!!!
This fedex drop is at a dollar general, the employees said they dont wanna take package cause they dont have room, and its a small box, dont be a fedex drop if your not gonna actually take packages.
