Too expensive
After being told this FedEx site would take my oversized FedEx return and brouvht it into the store, the manager told me she wouldn't take my return because it was too big. The box was 48"x60"x5" and weighed less than 10 lbs, Obviously, the manager needs to work on her customer relations.
