First I have to say that my experience was quick and efficient as for dropping off my Pre-packaged, Pre-labeled box that was clearly stated in the info on this site. Second the associates were very nice especially the girl at the register and the guy with my package.. So not sure of the one star from below was for, even if customer service told him otherwise clearly was not the stores fault.
