Worse shipping company to have handling your packages. For one they won’t give you any information on packages that are yours, that you paid for. Second they have your set up an account and pay money to have a subscription but yet won’t let you arrange to pickup an item instead of having it delivered. Third it’s possible that your package will just sit at one of their facilities for 8 days and not move and the facility is only 45 minutes away.
