The staff was both knowledgeable and courteous with what I needed. They went that 'Extra Mile' to guide me through shipping my package. I am very pleased with the FedEx on site. The only complaint I have is that my overnight urgent package took 4 days! I could have just paid a fourth of what I paid and gotten the same result. The person waiting on his package needed it much faster. GOD Bless Ramona Spitler

Waited over 30 minutes for the store’s Manager to get an internet connect. And she could not! Plus, she didn’t have the right FedEx equipment to scan my package. Had to drive to the FedEx place on West Main! They couldn’t scan my package either but internet was fast. So I left pkg. at store. They said FedEx driver was due in 2 hrs. Should have gone there 1st, took 5 minutes and I left that store satisfied.
