They are terrible they cannot track down my package they deliver it to the wrong house like what is this company coming to because this is ridiculous. And they can't do anything about it so they say to reach out to the company where you got it from like what are they supposed to do you guys are the one who lost my package by delivering it to the wrong house that's common sense

In the swim doesn't work with FedEx on return items. Customer unable to return item over $400
It took 15 days to get my package. Every day, l would receive a delivery update. We will be there by 8pm signature required, and then they would cancel made several phone calls received false promises of delivery. I wish I never had to do business with fedex ever, but it is not always a choice on how businesses ship their items, but in my book, UPS is much better, and USPS has better service.
