Scheduled a home pickup on FedEx app no on showed from then in 36 hrs so had to find a drop-off location. Location locator on app tough to find and use plus initially only showed distant locations to my address after several attempts finally showed local drops. No information on size limitations on drop boxes when showed. Overall a very poorly designed app. The drop-off location at Dollor General was appropriate but apparently only for prepaid according to the staff accepting package. They only take very small packages. Mine was large so I drove an hour to send the package and was told I’d they had called Fed X would have went sooner to pickup
