Lady told me I couldn’t send my box by itself I had to by another box to put in the box I had. Ridiculous I said, left and called to make sure she was wrong. And she was. Had to go back again to make them do what she was supposed to do in the first place. No extra box was needed FedEx customer service said. So why would she try making me buy another box ? More money or lazy not wanting to tape it?
