Took a large package the other site would not, thankful!
Useless. They only accept returns. They should make that more clear
Try to find out what time the last pick up was. Impossible to reach a human being through the 800 number. FedEx has lost its way used to be very customer oriented.
Super unreliable and irresponsible service of package delivery. They wouldn't even try to call you or schedule a deliver time when the signature is needed. They just do whatever they want and wrote customer is not available or on site at the address.
This facility is inside the Walgreens store. Had difficulty locating it. The service was good though.
