ZERO star if possible. Requested my package to be sent to this location for hold. But when I came here trying to pick up the package (on the same afternoon I received the msg saying it was ready for pickup), the package was apparently sent off by the staff (for NO reason!) with the driver back to the Elmsford warehouse. And I can’t even get customer service to change my delivery option back to my home address, and it has to reroute back to this location for a second pickup. Furious.
