Very professional.
My medical supplier uses FedEx and they put a sticky note on my apartment entrance door without ever trying to call me and now it is impossible to speak to someone.

Went in to drop off packages and rep told me ok bring em in. I started bringing them in one by one as they were awkward shape. After the 4th and last one the rep calls a "manager" over and then am told they dont have any room left and bye. Very unprofessional and misleading. Be aware if dropping off items.
