Staff was great very helpful and pleasant
tried to drop off boxes under 40 lbs, but the staff refused and said they don’t accept them. I had to take them elsewhere—what’s the point of this FedEx location if packages can’t be dropped off?
They refused to accept my packages, saying they don’t have space. But what’s the point of having a FedEx location if it can’t operate properly?
