Paid for 2 day delivery, on day 9 it said package was not available for pickup, but I physically went to the store and saw it sitting on the counter, apparently unscanned. it had been sitting there for at least 3 days according to the status updates online. Employees need to learn to follow protocol, if I hadn't remembered which location I had delivered the package to I would be out of luck because the online tracker was claiming my package was still in milwaukee...
ROTTEN delivery people. Don't follow simple instructions. Either don't care or are too lazy. Dump boxes wherever and have damaged my packages. Avoid these losers!
