I had a pkg. Delivered today at 916 Orchard st. The girl backed in pushed the pkg. Off truck in my driveway in front of my garage and left. If your employees can't lift heavy they shouldn't be delivering. I'm 64 and I carried on my porch. Needless to say it was a bad experice watching her do this
FedEx is a joke will never use the service again been two weeks to receive a package that should have been overnight and still haven't received it
