Your phone system is trash. It won't let me connect to a warehouse for a package. When I say connect to a representative, it better connect me, or I will go through a better service. Thanks anyway, keep the package, I'll get a refund.
Both front desk personal are not friendly and aggressively rude. Wish there were more alternatives in town
They wont deliver my parcel because im too far out of town. Thats fine but they wont call, wont drop it off at the depot. Call Fedex and get a robot. Way to go Fedex!!
Abysmal service. Said they tried to deliver and left 2 door hangers on our door. I was home all day both days working out in the front yard and nobody even tried. When I called to have them hold it for pickup they told me it was ready and when I went to get the package it wasn't there. Unbelievably incompetent and unhelpful. If you can avoid them you should.
