This phone system is useless. Way to lose customers
Dropped off someone else’s package at my house and ended up leaving my iPhone at someone else’s house.
Absolutely abysmal service.Bought an item through Walmart.ca for pickup at the Nelson Walmart store.Walmart delivery status shows item as delayed but FedEx tracking states it was delivered Apr 22 and signed for by a J.Arishenkoff.There is no Walmart employee with this name at that location to sign for this and the package is not at the Walmart as the store employees have searched for it.Fedex has declared this delivered and issued a proof of delivery which will make it impossible to get a refund on a $200 item.Criminal and t... read more
Your phone system is trash. It won't let me connect to a warehouse for a package. When I say connect to a representative, it better connect me, or I will go through a better service. Thanks anyway, keep the package, I'll get a refund.
