A bit difficult to find for me but very convenient and quick was easier than scheduling to pick up to me very grateful to have it it's were things that can't be dropped off at a normal FedEx store shipcenter like the one in Walmart anything with batteries or I guess is too big or hazardous in some other way but it's secluded and there's never a long wait I assume that wasn't when I went there
