To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an incident involving one of your drivers that I witnessed today. While passing the driver — which I was doing legally in a designated passing lane — the driver became aggressive, throwing their hands up and yelling profanities at me. Terrible customer service and loses packages

This little gem is tucked away inside of a Dollar general, and if your package is ready to go they will ship it out for you and give you the same quality service and friendship at any other FedEx store, so the next time that you're in Red oak and you need to drop off that package really quick, don't hesitate to stop in at the FedEx inside the Dollar general.
