Went in there to drop off a package because that’s where I was told to return something to (I had no other options). I took it there and they said it was “too big” and they “couldn’t take it”… If you’re getting paid to do fedex drop off, whyre you not making it to where you can take bigger packages!! You’re better off going to a different fedex sight.
Had some very important paperwork come today and the driver just laid it on top of the mailbox instead of bringing it to the door. Had we not been home no telling what would have happened to it .
They delivered in a timely manner but left my product in a chair outside where it got wet. 5 more steps they could have left it on the porch
