Stopped in to drop off two legal packages. 1st employee couldn't get their handheld scanner to work; called a 2nd employee. They poked at it for a minute, and said it wasn't working, but 'most people just leave their package and I hand it to the Fedex driver.' Riiiiight.... No effort to contact Fedex corporate, no attempt to reboot the device; just telling me I could just hand the packages to them with no receipt supplied.
