Never knocked on my door to notify me they were there to deliver a packege. Saw the note 8 minutes later when I was home ALL DAY for the package. Now I have to wait the entire weekend for my packed: unable to pick it up until Monday. This service is TERRIBLE!!! Inaccurate delivery window without even a knock when they randomly show up. I will NEVER use FEDEX. Also, you are unable to leave a complaint on their website. The bot provides links that DO NOT work. Extremely frustrating experience.
I love going to Staples to drop off my packages. It makes returns so simple.
