Drivers will leave packages in the snow beside the road. Road was clear to bring it to my home and I provided a phone number on the package in case they could not find it. This has happened more than once. No way to call and complain because the 1800 numbers representatives hang up or just transfer you . Highly recommend using UPS instead.
