An employee by the name of MARS was assisting me in mailing a Box. He stopped in the middle of the process after my Wife arrived and said Ashley would help me out, and that he had to move some boxes. Mars went to move boxes while Ashley worked alone meanwhile about 10 new customers were waiting to get served. Ashley had another customer before she could get to me.
