My package was delivered to the wrong address miles away from where it should have been. This has become a huge inconvenience and I wish the drivers would do better. This is the third time this has happened to me and I'm tired of it.
They put my package out at someone else address and then the company said it was nothing I could do just pitiful
FedEx will re-direct delivery of my packages without my permission & without any notice to me. This has resulted in ruined perishable goods. To make matters worse, they are notoriously difficult to contact and make no apologies for their mistakes, nor do they offer any restitution or offer to correct these mistakes. Use ANYONE but FedEx - avoid them like LEPROSY!!
It's the only place available in the area.
