I received a photo of my "delivered " shipment. Unfortunately, it was not delivered to my address or to any address within 5 blocks of my home (I searched for it). The only response I can get on the phone is a call center telling me they are working on it. I'm still waiting for my delivery 2 days later.
Absolute trash company. I paid almost $100 for next day delivery on truck parts i needed today to make it to my dad's funeral next week. They delayed the shipment and decided to hold it in Phoenix instead of deliver it and honor our contract. Now they are refusing to refund the delivery charges and im missing my dad's funeral. PHUCK FEDEX!!!!
