Very pleased with the outstanding service of the FedEx delivery driver who delivered two parcels sent to me by family at Christmastime. Jewels went above and beyond delivering my packages after dark. Her warm smile took the chill out of a cold night. After taking an obligatory photo of the package at my front door, she rang my doorbell and handed me the Henry& David gift box so the Javelinas wouldn't get to it.
