Never able to do a return, waste of time and space
I called FedEx to ask them if I can have a returning label done at their Walgreens Onsite locations or would I have to go to the nearest office location in Sevierville. They told me any of their Walgreens Onsite locations would be able to print a return label with the bar code or QR code. I went to this Pigeon Forge location & the lady there told me they can’t help me with printing a return label. Somewhere the info is wrong. Horrible experience. The Indian lady at the cashier today was extremely rude when I asked her about doing a return using the Fedex service. The staff needs proper training ( when I asked the other lady to show me the wrapping paper isle she reluctantly pointed to the aisle with an attitude) the website for fedex pigeon forge says that they accept QR codes or they will print your label for you. I gave her my QR code and she told me that the location doesn’t accept it, she then waved her barcode reader over my phone and said “... read more
