Horrible experience. The Indian lady at the cashier today was extremely rude when I asked her about doing a return using the Fedex service. The staff needs proper training ( when I asked the other lady to show me the wrapping paper isle she reluctantly pointed to the aisle with an attitude) the website for fedex pigeon forge says that they accept QR codes or they will print your label for you. I gave her my QR code and she told me that the location doesn’t accept it, she then waved her barcode reader over my phone and said “... read more
