My package keeps getting delivered to Sunset Home 418 Washington St Quincy IL 62301. My address is 419 Washington. Quincy. This has happened 4 times in 2 months. Next time I will call Fed Ex and have them delivered to the intended recipient. Thank you. Not grumpy. Just old and tired.

They delivered my adjustable bed frame yesterday and say it in my driveway on a rainy night. I am a 61 year old single female recovering from knee surgery and have no way to move it up a hill and then up the front stairs without help

It’s in Walgreens and you have to go to the cashiers check out. Which was confusing for me when I walked in because there was no sign showing a FedEx drop off location in the building.

Went to the one in Walgreens. Dark haired lady was slightly rude. Maybe she just has a rough personality but seemed rude. Told me I could not return my parcel. l Ordered a mirror company send an oil heater instead. I mentioned you didn't scan my code they sent, you Scanned the parcel code on the box. Scanned my ur code in my phone and everything went through ok and package returned.
