If I could give Gallup FedEx a -5 stars it would not be enough. The fact that the only recourse for customers awaiting packages, even with signatures, is to call the 800 number after 8pm. When these drivers deliver to the wrong location or just don't deliver at all. Making this worse when the package is a High Value Item! I am disgusted by this location.
