When I asked to speak to someone . I would like a person and not automated machine. If you can't seem to get me to someone, you shouldn't be in business. Very dissatisfied. Everybody wants a job but can't take care of customers when it's coming through your facility. You gave me 2 dates for my shipment that is depressing on your end.
