Very poor service! I have numbers on my mailbox, my work shop, and my house. Today my package was dropped at the vacant house next door! The drivers don't even look for the correct house! Has happened several times!

I don’t order often but for every order, FedEx has failed to deliver on time and normally my item gets returned the 1st time and I have to have it sent back to me, only to fight FedEx to get it to me, several days late. I report it to FedEx every time and they assure me, they will fix the problem. Nope! Weird thing is, my neighbor (the only other person on this road) orders almost weekly and always gets his packages, without any delay or problem. I have 2 different signs showing my address. but yet fedEx delivered my packages 2 houses down. This is so frustrating and definitely not the first time this has happened
Call customer service of course get someone that doesn't speak English. I hate automated systems. Delivery guy pulls up in driveway gets out looks through boxes. Leaves without leaving my package.
