The staff was very pleasant however they don't have a set time for pickup and you didn't know whether or not your package was going to be picked up the same day I had to go to two different FedEx drop offs in the package could not have been taken that same day so I had to call for a home pickup It was a big headache FedEx needs to do a better job with notification of the people that's handling their shipping It's not the people's fault that are at the stop-off FedEx is disorganized and some of the people that I spoke to on t... read more
