Third time in past 3 past three months I’ve called to complain. You get transferred to an overseas center, difficult to understand their English. Deliveries being left outside privacy fence. I have a sign on the gate that states “leave all delivery packages on the porch” I live on a main road, with lots of foot traffic. Each time the rep states they’re making note on my account about leaving on the porch. There is no local number in South Point I can call. It is very frustrating!!
Almost slammed into the back end of a van because their back lights and turn signals bulbs were blown so they just stopped in the middle of the highway to make a right turn. No phone number or access to call and alert the office in southpoint about this. All you get is 800 number with no prompts to report a driver's vehicle. Horrible.
I had a small package go to the wrong address when my address is clearly stated and it is nowhere to be seen and from the looks of the picture it’s not my yard
They were supposed to deliver my packages days ago and I stayed home to wait on them and they didn't show and now have not updated my shipping at all and said Saturday they'd deliver the next business day after they refused to let me come pick it up and it's Monday now and it just says they'll update me when they start moving again. They are expensive ac units and my house is hot and I'm getting impatient.
