The driver left the door tag on the outside of my whole apartment building, saying no one was home to sign. Even though I put apartment number and I was home. This drivers logic, was that anyone in the apartment complex that signs my name or a scribble can take my Apple Studio Display!This is dangerous practice to be this lazy as a fed ex drivers. They are a joke. They lose packages all the time. Completely conflicting information on their site versus reality. Horrible customer service, they won't even talk to you.

Unfortunately, hellofresh uses fedex to ship their food. My box of fresh produce and frozen meat has been sitting in their warehouse for over a day.

Everybody at this location sucks at their job. Absolutely zero customer service. My package was only half delivered. The other half is a week late. “Weather conditions” my foot there’s no snow on the ground. My order keeps saying “arriving today” but nope. Nothing. Get your act together and do your job. Lousy.
