Absolutely the worst carrier service. They do not deserve one star. They send pictures showing delivered, but not my house. When you call customer service, they cannot help and tell you to contact the vendor for a refund. I have started checking the carrier before I order, if it is FedEx I will not order.

Most horrible service. While I receive all packages shipped to me using ups, or usps on time every time. I always have trouble with FedEx getting my package to me. Worst thing is customer service. There number just takes you in circles, and will not connect you with live assistance. Therefore never be able to answer my questions or even helping me in any way possible. I wish there was a way to prevent companies i purchase from from using FedEx at all. Absolutely horrible, worthless, incapable company.
Package has been sitting 12miles away from me for 5days now. Can’t reach anyone to discuss.
