This is the fifth day I have received a text that my package was out for delivery. Same message the last 4 days (out for delivery) and still no package delivered. Lowes will not reorder or ship another one because tracking number says it is out for delivery. I don't know what the problem is, I just want the package delivered. Fed Ex is giving me the runaround. Spoke with a Agent and she can't tell me anything other than it is out for delivery. How can I rate Fed Ex any higher than 1 star? Hopefully it will be delivered today... read more
Absolutely atrocious service, I can never get in touch with anyone, the drivers screw around all day long until end of shift and lie about not being able to make the delivery saying driveway inaccessible, no one home ect. , packages are forgotten at terminal, packages lost and delivered to the wrong address packages damaged and I can't even pick up my packages myself because you can not talk to anyone at FedEx cause they do not pick up the phone. The employees at the FedEX on-site were very helpful in getting my packages. It had snowed and the drivers could not reach my house.
Going on day 6 of all my packages being out for delivery. And the driver doesn’t even go near our read and it goes back to South Point due to “weather”. Our roads and driveways are CLEAR!!! He’s not even driving his ass out here to even see if he can get down the road!!! UPS was smart enough to put packages on a dolly and walk it to the house. I have tried to get a representative on the phone but the automated system refuses to give you one. My package says it is settle at the local warehouse for 4 days and is out for delivery everyday now. FedEx is a joke . Every other carrier is delivering just fine.
