FedEx never showed up I had something that had to be shipped right away and it sat in a box at Dollar store for 8 days how to go pick it up and take it somewhere else so I give it a zero

Yes, tired young lady, I am aware that if you were the CEO of Alphabet you would probably not choose to work the register at Dollar General. I definitely have the ability to change information on MY Google business page though, so you guys should probably hash that out, or throw up a paper sign or something...
