It's so irritating when you keep getting notifications about your package being delivered only to see its being delivered to a completely different state. I feel if your name is on the package and you can verify its you then you should be able to stop it from going to the wrong and revert it to your address. The company that shipped it ships a lot of items out so they made a mistake on the address but it has my name on it.
