This is not an actual FedEx, just FYI. You have to have your label printed already. I asked if I could ship a package, the woman at the counter said it can be picked up there as long as it is addressed and boxed. So I bought the stuff to box it, created the shipment online, but then she couldn't print my label. So it was all for nothing.
