Requested my package to be delivered after 3pm and was told it wasnt possible. Driver showed up at 2:51pm and left a notice, now i have to drive 30 mins to pick up my package. Ridiculous.
They apparently don't have shipping bags big enough for shoe boxes, and customer service is terrible
I had 3 packages returned because driver claims he/she couldn’t find my simple address in Wolfville. My street address ends in “drive”. I suspect delivery attempts are made in Kentville where there is a similar road name that ends in “avenue”, and doesn’t have my house number.
FedEx cannot find my home with the full address line. Ordering from any buisness that uses FedEx involves needlessly trying to track down my packages. Purolator, Amazon and even Canada Post can give me my packages... Canada Post! FedEx and their technologies have taken massive leaps backwards. FedEx as a whole has left me regretting ordering from any buisness that uses FedEx
