The customer service agent was very helpful. The building LOOKS very nice nice BUT it definitely reeks of mold. I couldn't stop sneezing as I'm allergic to mold. I was told that they have had this problem continuously and have had the carpet cleaned several times. IMO, they need to rip it out and replace it with LVP or something more sanitary. It's not healthy to breathe and I felt badly for the gentleman that works there as he has to breathe mold spores all day. Customers certainly don't want to be exposed either.
