I had a big item to take back so had to take it to an actual FedEx store which was not easy to find online the only way I found it was by going to a on-site FedEx and they told me where it was and where to go once I got there the machines were acting crazy took about 20 minutes however the people that were helping me there were very patient and understanding and very helpful
Very efficient.
Gave me a hard time about dropping off boxes on a Saturday because they had to store it all weekend
Usps is better
