It's the dollar general
This FedEx OnSite is terrible, people are not helpful, if you have a big package to return don’t loose your time on coming to this location. Kristal was rude and very incompetent.
I had a return package that the vendor sent a FedEx label for, so I had to use FedEx. This store is listed as an OnSite, but they said that they are not participating in the program.
