Driver lied to his company when he said he left my 40 lb package at the left door, directions said porch, when he left it near the bulkhead to my basement, the entire length of the house away from the porch or stairs to my house
Useless. Staff couldn’t ship my package because they insisted I have to make my own label. This isn’t a drop off site, this is a on site center. Do your job.
It is at the Walgreens in Lincoln very close to my house.
