This might sound very rude but I am not sorry can your idiot drivers deliver to the right house once in a while? I mean this is getting ridiculous
I guess the level of familiarity and training with processing FedEx shipments is highly variable at this Walgreens. Initially I was told “you’re good to go” after handing the prepaid mailer over with the single piece of paper (totaled car title.) Ummm, maybe show me that it’s in a sealed mailer with the label securely attached in a plastic pouch? Nope…when I pressed the solution was to put a single piece of paper in an oversized bag? Nah…I’ll go somewhere that provides confidence they know what they’re doing.
