Do not use FedEx they loose medical packages and delivery them to the wrong place and will not allow you to talk to a real person which is frustrating stay away
Could not scan the code on my phone. I went to 3 different ones and they all had issues with their scanners
No supplies to ship package.
No FedEx paperwork, no boxes, no bags. Worse than a dropbox because Walgreens in which this FedEx is located is not open 24/7.
They sent my heavy mower to wrong address, on the shipping label was correct address and instructions to leave in hallway. Obviously they don't care where my package goes. It was labeled clear as day. Even my neighbor who got my mower can't believe it. We are not pleased.
