I visited FedEx OnSite that was inside CVS. The young man that helped me was also working the front cashier counter. However, the two so called managers just stood in a isle socializing for several minutes while the lines grew in both areas. I will not be circulating any of my funds at this particular CVS. Those so called managers were rude to several of the customers who were complaining about the long lines and lack of customer service.
Wasn't impressed at all. Childish employees and lacking service skills. Only went there because I had to. They suck!
