Driver deliver two packages that were damaged, I questioned driver if there was a place in scanner to notify them of damaged items, driver got a little upset, that i questioned him. I told him that is was for his own protection if he received them that way from processing center. It also notifies company that sent them that the packages are damaged and could be missing items!
