I've dropped off many "heavy" packages (45+ Lbs) due to my business and have never had a problem. I go in today as normal with a, what I thought was not heavy compared to my normal dropoff weight, package and the newer employee refused to accept it stating "the driver will not pick this up" without asking the weight or weighing it at all. I couldn't believe what happened today with FedEx! My fiance ordered an expensive guitar and FedEx dropped it off at the completely wrong address! Thankfully he had a picture on his phone where it had been dropped off! It was dropped off up the street at a house 2 blocks up from where we live!!! We were very upset about it because anyone could have stolen it or it could have been picked up from anyone else. He would have lost his expensive guitar and he would have been heartbroken!
