Multiple times cannot locate a 5 foot package on my porch for pick up. Home ALL day multiple days no Fed Ex truck showing up at my home. Keith from FedEx thanks for sharing how your driver cannot locate something 5 feet long on my front porch. You are all incompetent.
Not a full service fedex site, they don't offer services available at a FedEx store and don't tell you so in their ad!
No communication with fed ex. Was guaranteed a delivery on certain day, the day it was supposed to be delivered, fed ex last minute updated and said it isn't coming for another 2 days... called them, they are unsure when it will be delivered. Glad I Paid extra for on time guaranteed delivery......
This is a Walgreens store. They would not accept my package. Be very careful using these places.
I had 2 simple FedEx envelopes to drop off, clerk in photo department who handles FedEx was very rude, said she could not take them, as she didn't know how to process. I went ato a business a couple of doors down, and they were taken without issue.
