FedEx driver forged my signature and left no package. TERRIBLE service from drivers and even worse service from from the customer care department. If you can, USE UPS!
The employees were very nice, but the store was completely disorganized. Dropping off my package took over 20 minutes - they needed to find their scanner, then find some tape so I could attach my label. They were very pleasant, just took too long.

Clerk was rude. Website says you can get a box at the Fed Ex location to send your item. They had nothing to use and the clerk responded you could have packaged this yourself and continued to label the box the snowboarding boots came in. I ended up taking my package and left. I did not feel using that box would have made it back to it's destination undamaged.
